Sean Gelael and Mitch Evans have signed to race with Campos for the 2016 season.
Evans makes the switch from RUSSIAN TIME, a team with whom he has been racing for over the past two seasons. The New Zealander had woefully bad fortune in the first half of 2015 but put it behind him after the summer break and managed to finish six of the final eight races on the podium.
Gelael only made his debut in the Series in July last year after Marco Sørensen left Carlin midway through the season. The Indonesian failed to score a point and his highest finishing position was 15th in the Bahrain at the back end of the year.
Gelael also brings with him major sponsorship from his homeland. Jagonya Ayam has supported the 19-year-old over the past couple of years and it becomes Campos Racing’s title sponsor.
