The driver lineup for the first pre-season test of the 2015 GP2 Series season has been revealed.

The Yas Marina Circuit in Abu Dhabi plays host to the first pre-season test of GP2’s eleventh season. The three day test starting tomorrow is a landmark one for the Series as Drag Reduction System (DRS) is used on the 26 cars for the first time. Two zones on the circuit have been designated for the drivers to use the DRS which uses the same function as that in Formula One. DRS is activated with a paddle on the back of the steering wheel.

21 confirmed drivers for the 2015 season will be driving for the first time this year along with five other drivers who have seats for this test. Daniël de Jong is the most recent of those confirmed drivers who will be returning with MP Motorsport.

Pierre Gasly is the driver to watch in this the first of two pre-season tests as the young Frenchman topped all three days of post-season testing at the same circuit last November.
